Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TopZalog.com website and platform operated by TopZalog.com ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally permitted to participate in sports betting activities in your jurisdiction, and agree to comply with these Terms.

TopZalog.com is a statistical analysis tool that identifies positive expected value (EV+) betting opportunities by comparing our probability models against real-time odds from supported bookmakers. We provide information and analysis only — we are not a bookmaker, do not accept bets, and do not handle any funds.

Subscription plans give access to varying numbers of daily top bet recommendations, dashboard statistics, strategy guides, and related features.

The service is entirely digital. Access to paid features is delivered electronically and is available immediately after a successful payment — there are no physical goods and no shipping.

To use this platform you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• Reside in a jurisdiction where accessing online sports betting information is legal.
• Not be excluded from gambling services under any self-exclusion scheme.
• Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@topzalog.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

You may not create more than one account per person. Duplicate accounts may be terminated without notice.

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period (monthly, unless stated otherwise on the plans page).

• All prices are in euro (EUR, €) — the currency in which they are charged.
• The company is not registered for VAT.
• Payments are made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard), in cash at an EasyPay office, or at an ATM, through our payment provider ePay.bg.
• Each subscription period is a one-time purchase — there is no automatic renewal and no card is stored; access ends at the end of the paid period (see the Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy).
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice; changes never affect a period you have already paid for.
• We never set a minimum purchase amount as a condition of paying by card.

Card payments are processed securely by ePay.bg (Ipay AD) and the BORICA card network using the 3-D Secure protocol (Verified by Visa, Mastercard Identity Check).

• When you pay, you are redirected to ePay.bg's secure payment server to enter your card details.
• TopZalog.com never sees, processes or stores your full card number, expiry date or CVV/CVC security code.
• You can also pay in cash at an EasyPay office or at an ATM using a payment code; cash payments confirm asynchronously and your subscription activates once payment is received.
• We accept Visa and Mastercard bank cards.

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• How — there are no recurring charges to cancel; simply don't purchase another period. For account questions, email support@topzalog.com.
• When — your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; no new period begins without a new payment.
• Penalty — no cancellation fee or penalty applies.

TopZalog.com provides a digital information service that is made available to you immediately after payment.

• By subscribing, you expressly request and consent to immediate access to the service, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to distance contracts under Bulgarian and EU consumer law (once provision of the service has begun).
• Because the service is digital and consumed immediately, it cannot be "returned".
• We do not refund subscription periods once access has been granted, including partial or unused periods.
• Exceptions — we will refund to your card where: (a) you were charged in error or more than once; or (b) we are unable to provide the service you paid for. Refunds are made to the same card used for payment, typically within 5–10 business days.
• TopZalog.com is an informational service. We do not guarantee any winnings, profit or betting outcome, and we are not responsible for any losses you may incur from placing bets.

If we are unable to provide a feature or service you have paid for, we will inform you of the timeframe and the amount that will be refunded to your card, or offer you a comparable alternative. If no acceptable alternative is available, we refund the value of the part of the service we could not provide.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our top bet data, odds models, or content without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform without our prior consent.
• Share your account credentials or resell access to others.
• Interfere with the platform's security or normal operation.

The platform and all information provided are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any information provided.

Betting involves risk. Past performance of top bet recommendations does not guarantee future results. You may lose money when placing bets — we strongly encourage responsible gambling practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TopZalog.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to betting losses, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in subscription fees in the 3 months preceding the claim.

All content on this platform — including our probability models, algorithms, data visualisations, text, and branding — is owned by TopZalog.com and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without express written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent behaviour, or if we are required to do so by law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@topzalog.com.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
